深圳信息职业技术学院学报

人口是城市发展的重要表征，也是推动城市发展的主体力量，二者相辅相成，相互促进。改革开放后，大量外来人口流入深圳，成为深圳人口的重要组成部分。深圳人口在推动自身城市化发展的同时，也不断催生出新的城市问题。通过梳理深圳人口数量、人口年龄和人口素质，总结深圳人口发展变化的特点和规律，合理规划深圳未来城市人口发展；深入分析深圳人口的数量、年龄以及素质对城市发展的影响，探究深圳人口与城市经济社会发展之间的内在关系；优化深圳人口，寻求人口变化与粤港澳大湾区中心城市发展相互协调的平衡点，推动深圳城市化、现代化以及可持续发展。

Population serves as a key indicator of urban development and the primary driving force propelling it forward,with the two complementing and mutually reinforcing each other.Since the reform and opening-up,a significant influx of migrants has become a crucial component of Shenzhen's population.While propelling its own urbanization,Shenzhen's population has continuously generated new urban challenges.By analyzing the demographics,age structure,and educational levels of Shenzhen's inhabitants,this study summarizes the characteristics and patterns of population evolution,aiming to rationally plan the future urban population development.It delves into how population size,age distribution,and quality impact urban growth,exploring the intrinsic relationship between Shenzhen's population and socio-economic development.The goal is to optimize the population structure,seek a balanced equilibrium between demographic changes and the development of Shenzhen as a central city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,thereby promoting Shenzhen's urbanization,modernization,and sustainable development.
