本文立足于数字化时代背景下社区居民媒介素养提升的现实需求，系统探讨微电影作为创新载体在社区居民媒介素养教育中的应用价值与实践路径。首先梳理媒介素养的核心内涵及其在社区治理和居民参与中的重要意义，进而分析其在增强居民媒介认知、批判能力与创作素养方面的独特优势。在此基础上，从内容体系构建、全媒体传播矩阵搭建、参与式制作机制创新以及多维度评估体系设计四个方面，提出微电影驱动社区居民媒介素养提升的具体实践路径。

This study addresses the urgent need to enhance media literacy among community residents in the digital era,systematically exploring microfilms as an innovative medium for advancing community-based media education.It begins by outlining the core connotations of media literacy and its critical role in community governance and civic engagement,then analyzes microfilms' unique advantages in strengthening residents' media cognition,critical thinking,and creative competencies.Building on this foundation,it proposes specific practical pathways for microfilms to drive the improvement of community residents' media literacy,covering four aspects:the construction of a content system,the establishment of a full-media dissemination matrix,the innovation of participatory production mechanisms,and the design of a multi-dimensional evaluation system.
