在深圳跨境电商产业蓬勃发展的背景下，以商务英语专业的‘跨境电商英语’课程建设为实例，深入探讨了专业英语课程在工作过程系统化范式下的改革实践路径。依据行业需求分析和岗位能力评估，提炼典型工作任务，构建以真实工作流程为核心的课程内容体系。课程设计运用了参照系分层策略，细致划分了从初级到高级的学习情境，并与职业技能等级标准相契合，确保了知识应用与技能提升的紧密衔接。教学实施借鉴普适性工作流程六步：“资讯—决策—计划—实施—检查—评价”，通过小组合作完成学习任务，以此加强程序性知识的吸收与应用。实验研究表明，采用工作过程系统化模式的实验组在职场涉外沟通、跨文化交际、语言思维提升及自主学习完善四项英语核心素养指标上均显著优于传统教学对照组(p<0.05)。该模式通过解决语言技能与职业能力割裂的问题，提升了学生职业适应性与实践应用能力，为培养复合型跨境电商人才提供了可操作的英语课程范式。

In the context of the thriving cross-border e-commerce industry in Shenzhen,this study takes the curriculum construction of "Cross-border E-commerce English" for Business English major as a case study to deeply explore the reform and practice path of professional English courses under the paradigm of work process systematization.Based on industry demand analysis and job competence assessment,typical work tasks are extracted to construct a curriculum content system centered on real work processes.The curriculum design adopts a reference system hierarchical strategy,meticulously dividing learning scenarios from primary to advanced levels,which aligns with professional skill level standards to ensure the close integration of knowledge application and skill improvement.The teaching implementation draws on the six universal work process steps:"information-decision-planning-implementation-check-evaluation" where learning tasks are completed through group collaboration to strengthen the absorption and application of procedural knowledge.Experimental studies show that the experimental group adopting the work process systematization model significantly outperforms the traditional teaching control group in four core English literacy indicators:workplace foreign-related communication,cross-cultural communication,language thinking improvement,and autonomous learning enhancement (p<0.05).By addressing the fragmentation between language skills and professional competencies,this model improves students' vocational adaptability and practical application abilities,providing an operable English curriculum paradigm for cultivating composite cross-border e-commerce talents.
