新冠肺炎疫情对就业的影响仍在持续，高职院校学生就业形势依然严峻复杂。为解决当下企业用工需求减少、“慢就业”现象增多、招聘学历重视程度提升等问题，政府层面既要从稳住市场主体、开发政策性岗位入手以解决当下之需，更要从完善产教融合治理体系、加大高校资金政策支持、发展职教本科、广泛宣传职业教育等方面，从根本上提高职教吸引力，解决“招工难”和“就业难”的深层次问题。学校层面需要做好系列组合拳，重点做好构建全员抓就业工作格局、拓宽线上线下全方位就业渠道、探索立体化就业指导模式、精准帮扶就业困难学生、健全优质服务常态机制、建立全体系就业评价反馈机制等六个方面的工作，从而最终实现高职学生高质量充分就业。

The impact of the corona virus pandemic on employment is still ongoing, and the employment situation for students graduating from vocational colleges is severe and complex. In order to solve the problems of decreasing employment demand, increasing "slow employment" phenomenon and increasing emphasis on educational qualifications in recruitment, the government should stabilize the market and develop policy-oriented jobs to address the current needs, and improve the integrated management system for industry and education, increase the financial support for colleges and universities, develop vocational undergraduate education, as well as publicize vocational education widely, thus to fundamentally improve the attractiveness of vocational education and solve the deepseated problems of "recruitment difficulties" and "employment difficulties". For the vocational college, it is necessary to focus on building a work pattern of all-staff promote employment together, broadening all-round employment channels both online and offline, exploring three-dimensional employment guidance models, accurately helping students with employment difficulties, improving the normal mechanism of high-quality services, and establishing a system-wide employment evaluation feedback mechanism, to achieve full and high-quality employment of higher vocational students eventually.
