With a series of technological innovations, such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, block chain, and so on, financial technology is more and more widely used in such financial fields as payment and settlement between banks and individual wealth management and so on. The ecological pattern of the financial industry has been facing unprecedented changes. The objects for service of financing industry are expanding increasingly. Based on the development of financial technology, professional personnel training should depend on the changes of the talent demands and improve the quality of personnel training by means of gaining vocational and technical qualifications.
