《中华人民共和国教育法》将“劳动教育”写入党的教育方针，在法律层面明确“德智体美劳全面发展”，为劳动教育开拓了新的发展境界。从组织生态学的视角对大中小学劳动教育共同体进行逻辑分析，阐释大中小学劳动教育共同体目前存在的组织合法性困惑、组织生态位困惑和外部环境困惑，探索职业院校推动大中小学劳动教育共同体的发展策略。职业院校不仅是大中小学劳动教育共同体的参与者，更是共同体实践的引导者、资源的提供者和教育的推动者。要发挥职业教育实践优势，提升大中小学劳动教育共同体认知合法性；凸显职教跨界创新特色，优化大中小学劳动教育共同体组织生态；推动劳动教育制度建设，营造大中小学劳动教育共同体良好外部环境。

The "labor education" has been incorporated into the Party's educational policy through the?Education Law of the People's Republic of China,legally mandating "all-around development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education," which ushered in a new era for labor education.From an organizational ecology perspective,this study conducts a logical analysis of the labor education community spanning primary,secondary,and higher education institutions,elucidating existing challenges such as organizational legitimacy dilemmas,ecological niche conflicts,and external environmental complexities.It further explores strategies for vocational colleges to propel the development of these communities.Vocational institutions are positioned not merely as participants but as guides,resource providers,and driving forces within the labor education ecosystem.Key approaches include leveraging vocational education's practical strengths to enhance cognitive legitimacy,emphasizing cross-disciplinary innovation to optimize organizational ecologies,and advancing institutional construction to foster conducive external environments.This research provides theoretical insights and actionable frameworks for strengthening collaborative labor education across all academic levels.
