高职人工智能类应用开发人才培养面临着产业进步和创新能力培养的迫切要求。围绕新职教以学生为中心的全职业生涯培养理念,在教学实践中以课程思政转变专业课程设计思路,自觉地将马克思主义哲学思维、社会主义核心价值观与工匠精神融合在教学实践环节,增强专业自身创新发展的活力,并通过强化"课程思政"长效建设评价机制,实现校企共育工匠精神,提高育人质量。
Abstract:Talents training of AI application and development in higher vocational colleges is facing the urgent need of industrial progress and innovation ability training. Focusing on the concept of student-centered whole career training in new vocational education, we should change the thinking of curriculum design with the new idea of integrating ideological and political education into professional courses in teaching practice, such as consciously integrating Marxist philosophical thinking, socialist core values and craftsman spirit into teaching practice, and enhance the vitality of professional innovation and development. We should also strengthen the evaluation mechanism of long-term construction of "the integration of ideological and political education into professional courses " to realize the spirit of co-cultivation of craftsmen by schools and enterprises, and then improve the quality of education.
