软件能力成熟度模型集成CMMI已经成为软件过程改进的标准模型,本文针对小型软件项目应用CMMI改进软件过程中出现的问题,结合CMMI各级标准,提出了小型软件项目应用CMMI模型的实施方案和指导步骤。
Abstract：CMMI Software Capability Maturity Model has been the standard model on Software Process Improvement. This paper is designed to analyze the issue about using CMMI on software process improvement in the small software project,combining with each of standard of CMMI,bringing forward the practice solution and guiding step concerning how the small software project puts CMMI model into practice.
