深圳信息职业技术学院学报

本文以深圳X高职院校为例,以学业情况、生活环境、人际关系、自我独立性等指标设计结构式调查问卷,从2014级5654名新生中,采用分层随机抽样调查的方法,按照九个二级学院新生人数比例,抽取110名新生作为样本进行调查,回收有效问卷110份,并对其中有代表性的11个样本进行深度访谈调查。在调查结果的基础上,分析该校新生存在的适应性问题及其原因,总结新生辅导员在开展工作中应注意的要点。

Taking the higher vocational colleges in Shenzhen for example, the paper makes a survey with structuredquestionnaire to investigate 110 freshmen in the year of 2014 chosen from a total number of 5654 freshmen at a certain ratio from 9 schools in terms of academic achievement, living environment, interpersonal relationship and self-independence as well as other indicators. After the collecting of 110 valid questionnaires, 10 subjects have been selected out for further interviews. Based on the survey, this paper analyzes the issues and corresponding reasons of the freshmen in adapting the new life in colleges, and further concludes some key points that should be paid attention to while dealing with freshman affairs.
