"和"文化是我国传统文化的精髓,建设和谐校园离不开"和"文化。和谐校园的建设,重点是人际关系的和谐,关键是提升人文素质,而提升人文素质需要"和"文化的推广。推广"和"文化可以从"和"文化的理念传播、实践推行、融合发散三个路径来展开。
Abstract：The "uniformity" culture is the essence of the Chinese traditional culture.Building a harmonious campus could not go without it.The key to constructing of such a type of campus culture lies in the emphasis on interpersonal harmony and personal quality enhancement.Therefore,to improve personal quality needs the promotion of the "uniformity" culture.Promoting the "uniformity" culture can start from spreading basic concepts,implementing,and coexisting with the different.
