职业教育产教融合在我国已经上升为国家教育改革和人力资源开发的基本制度安排。深圳在职业教育产教融合中取得了显著成效，得益于政府、学校和企业的协力推进。数字化时代的产教融合必须深化改革，深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区，争当产教融合“攻坚先锋”，需要找准问题，在建设大数据平台、重构教学团队和重塑文化观念等方面重点突破。

The integration of industry and education in vocational education has risen to a basic institutional arrangement for national education reform and human resource development in China. Shenzhen has achieved significant achievements in the integration of industry and education in vocational education, thanks to the joint efforts of the government, schools, and enterprises. The integration of industry and education in the digital era must deepen reform. In the process of building a pilot demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics and striving to become the "vanguard" of industry and education integration, Shenzhen needs to identify problems and make major breakthroughs in building big data platforms, reconstructing teaching teams, and reshaping cultural concepts.
