智能技术的飞速发展以及智能化教学设备的日趋完善,促使人们对学习行为的需求越来越多地取决于人与机的相互协作,人机协作学习必将是今后教育的一个主要构成方式。而人工智能技术是一种革命性的智力科技产物,既要研究其多重作用,也要符合道德伦理角度考察其对学习的作用,为此,应进行积极有效的个性化教育深度剖析。目前,人工智能技术赋能个性化教育中,可以让个性化教育规划与学习资源同步生成、让个性化教育体验和数据供给双向交互,让个性化教育成效公开透明。主要的实践聚集有以下几个方面;一是借助数据挖掘技术,可以精确地描绘学习者数字画像,从而引导其进行自我量化和学习量化;二是利用智能管理技术,实现推荐算法和学习适应管理,从而实现智能决策和提供个性化服务;三是借助智能机器学习模式,构筑人本生态系统的深度学习,推动学习过程由表层向深层发展。
Abstract:The rapid development of intelligent technology and the increasing improvement of intelligent teaching equipment have prompted people's demand for learning behavior to increasingly depend on the mutual cooperation between humans and machines.Human-machine collaborative learning will surely be a major component of education in the future.Artificial intelligence technology is a revolutionary product of intellectual science and technology.It is necessary not only to study its multiple functions,but also to examine its role in learning from the perspective of morality and ethics.To this end,an in-depth analysis of active and effective personalized education should be carried out.At present,when artificial intelligence technology empowers personalized education,it can allow personalized education plans and learning resources to be generated simultaneously,allow personalized education experience and data supply to interact in both directions,and make the effectiveness of personalized education open and transparent.The main practice clusters include the following aspects:First,with the help of data mining technology,digital portraits of learners can be accurately depicted,thereby guiding them to conduct self-quantification and learning quantification;second,intelligent management technology is used to realize recommendation algorithms and learning adaptation management,thereby achieving intelligent decision-making and providing personalized services;third,using the intelligent machine learning model to build in-depth learning in a people-oriented ecosystem and promote the development of the learning process from the surface to the deep.
