论心理咨询技术在学校德育工作中的应用

摘要:

运用心理咨询技术提高职业院校德育工作的针对性和实效性是一个值得大力探索和研究的新领域。根据当前许多学校的实践经验总结,本文提出,运用心理咨询技术开展德育工作要充分注意学生心理发展的阶段性特点;在德育过程中可以运用且行之有效的常见心理咨询技术包括尊重、积极关注和合理情绪疗法等;最后,运用心理咨询技术开展德育工作应清楚教师与心理咨询师之间的角色差异,要注意实现教师与咨询师之间的角色转换。

Abstract:

It has been a new and worthwhile research field to improve the moral education efficiency and real treatment in vocational schools by using the psychological consulting technology. Based on some practical experience of moral education in many schools, the present paper proposes that phase characteristics of the students psychological development need more attention in the application of psychological consulting technology in moral education. Some effective and frequently used psychological consulting technologies are respecting, positive attention and rational-emotive therapy. As moral educators, when in applying the psychological consulting technologies, they need to be full aware of the differences of the roles between teachers and consultants, get to know how to switch the roles from teachers to consultants in education practice.
