为了解当前大学生志愿服务活动现状,对全国16所高校的5258名大学生从志愿服务认知、行为、态度等方面进行了调查。调查发现,当前部分大学生志愿服务存在着认知缺乏、组织管理漏洞和长效机制缺乏等问题。从个体正确认知、组织智慧管理、多方主体协同等方面入手,能够推动志愿服务向"智愿服务"的创新发展。

In order to understand the current situation of college students' voluntary service activities,a survey was conducted among 5258 college students from 16 colleges and universities in China from three aspects as cognition,behavior and attitude of voluntary service.The survey found that the main problems of college students' voluntary service at present are lack of cognition,organizational management loopholes and the lack of long-term mechanism.It proposes to effectively promote the innovative development of college students' voluntary service to "intelligent voluntary service" by improving correct individual cognition,intelligent organization management and multi-subject collaboration.
