立足粤港澳大湾区科技创新合作面临的新情况新挑战,通过系统梳理粤港澳科技创新合作的发展基础和模式特征,结合科技创新主体合作存在的实际问题,提出构建粤港澳大湾区科技创新协同体的主导思路,并从目标协同、要素市场协同及规则协同三个方面论证及提出具体建议。
Abstract：Based on the new situation and new challenges of science and technology innovation cooperation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA),this paper summarizes the development basis and model characteristics of GBA science and technology innovation cooperation.Given the actual problems of the science and technology innovation cooperation,it proposes the leading idea of constructing science and technology innovation synergy in GBA,and argues specific suggestions from three aspects of synergy in goals,market factors and rules.
