以中国知网（CNKI）数据库为文献数据来源，通过文献计量法分析2009-2021年公共图书馆视障服务的研究成果，结合CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化工具将研究结果进行可视化，描述了国内外公共图书馆视障服务的研究现状；建议未来的视障服务应从推进图书馆立法落地与标准化体系建立、推进对国外视障服务体系与应用的调研进度、推进线上视障图书馆与移动端研究和推进问题解决体系建立与实证调研深度几个方面进行加强。
Abstract：Taking China National Knowledge Network(CNKI) database as the source of literature data,it analyzes the research results of public library services for the visually impaired from 2009 to 2021 by using the bibliometry method. Combined with CiteSpace and VOSviewer visualization tools, it visualizes the research results and describes the research status of public library services for the visually impaired at home and abroad.It is suggested that future services for the visually impaired should be strengthened from the following aspects: the establishment of library legislation and standardization system, the progress of research on foreign service systems and applications for the visually impaired, the research on online visually impaired libraries and mobile terminals,and the establishment of problem solving system and the depth of empirical research.
