目前,高职院校学报一个明显的发展方向,是由过去的纯论文集模式向突出办刊特色上转变。突出学报特色方面的工作,主要体现在突出学报的学科特色和地方特色。面对新时期我国期刊市场的激烈竞争,高校学报要求得可持续发展,必须加强培育学报的核心竞争力。核心竞争力对学报的长远发展具有重要意义,而学报核心竞争力的培育要从突出学报特色、打造优质品牌、提高编辑人员综合素质等方面入手。本文根据学报创刊以来所刊发论文情况统计分析与载文特色分析。并结合信息技术与高职院校学报两者特征,探讨在促进高职学报核心竞争力发展方面的认识,以及所应该采取的一些措施。

A noticeable change occurring to technical college journals for years is that they are more and more concentrating themselves on setting and displaying their own distinct features instead of collecting articles on certain subjects.Development of the journal is supposed to go in accordance with the development of its owner the college: therefore,the feature should be presented in two ways:one is in the way of discipline,which is the mainstream field the college educates and researches;the other is in the way of location where the college grows itself.Based on distinct features as the ground floor,a journal nurtures its key competence consisting chiefly of special features. competitive brands,and quality of editing staff.Doubtlessly,the core competence is of strategic significance to the journal's survival and development.In addition,this article is designed to deal with what measures Journal of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology (SZIIT) should take to strengthen its core competence,on the basis of statistics and analysis of its publications ever since its founding.
