我国信息安全行业对人才的需求量大，且对实战技能要求高，但普通本科高校信息安全专业在人才培养方面存在课程设置与行业需求脱节、实践能力培养不足等问题。为此，首先对我国信息安全行业人才市场，特别是对信息安全岗位技能要求及人才学历层次需求情况进行调研，接着重点围绕职教本科信息安全专业人才培养模式进行探究，具体措施包括：设计合理的课程体系，制定科学的培养方案；通过产教融合、校企共育保障培养质量；组建高水平师资团队，并加强专业特色教学资源和虚拟实训设施建设；创新人才培养模式，推动教育改革。希冀为国内外高职院校信息安全本科人才培养提供有益经验，提升信息安全人才综合素质，满足行业发展的需求。

The information security industry in China has a high demand for talents and places a high emphasis on practical skills.However,undergraduate information security programs face challenges in talent cultivation,including a disconnect between curriculum design and industry needs,as well as inadequate practical ability training.To this end,firstly,a survey will be conducted on the talent market of China's information security industry,especially on the skill requirements and educational level requirements for information security positions.Then,the focus will be on exploring the cultivating mode of information security majors in vocational undergraduate education.Specific measures include:designing a reasonable curriculum systemand formulating scientific cultivating plans;ensuring the quality of education through the integration of industry and education,and joint education between schools and enterprises;establish a high-level faculty team and strengthen the construction of specialized teaching resources and virtual training facilities;innovate talent cultivation models and promote educational reform.These initiatives aim to provide beneficial experience for the training of first-class information security undergraduate talents in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad,enhance the comprehensive abilities of information security talent,meeting the evolving needs of the industry.
