“躺平”一词在网络上的出现，引起了社会的广泛关注，尤其是部分青年大学生在社会内卷下的高房价、高物价、高压力环境中感受不到青春的自由与活力，使得他们部分人在情感方面认同“干得好，不如嫁(娶)得好”“软饭硬吃”“爱情险恶，先躺为敬”的爱情观。这些现象反映了部分青年大学生对爱情向往和爱情责任义务认知的矛盾，折射出在“躺平”现象下一些青年大学生对爱情观的认知偏差。要纠正和解决青年大学生爱情观偏差的问题，需要引导青年大学生认同正确的爱情观。

The emergence of the term "lying flat" on the Internet has aroused widespread attention and concerns in the society.In particular,some young college students do not have the freedom and vitality of youth in the environment of high property prices,high prices and high pressure under the social involution,which leads some of them to stand with the views that "it is better to marry well than work well," "it is a must to be dependent on your partner to live by," and "being in love is so dangerous that I have to lie down first." All of these reflect the contradiction between some young college students' desire for love and the cognition of love responsibility and obligation,and reflect the cognitive deviations of some young college students' view of love under the phenomenon of "lying flat".It is necessary to guide young college students to accept the healthy view of love relationship to address such deviations.
