校企合作是高职院校办学的重点与难点。本文探讨高职院校如何在政府、行业、企业、学校四方联动模式下进行校企合作的机制,通过政府、行业、企业、学校四层次产学合作,对校内体制改革和校企合作机制的建立进行探索,以期为高职院校全面深入地开展校企合作提供有益的启迪与借鉴作用。

The education-industry partnership is an important but difficult point the three-year junior college faces.This article discusses the mechanism the so-called four-party coordination is likely to provide for the education-industry partnership to make things better.The four-party refers to the local government,professional association,company,and school.As a mechanism,such a coordination could help to create favorable conditions for the school-enterprise partnership to display its positive uniqueness and promote the school system reform.
