数字技术的飞快发展极大改变了大学生的学习和生活方式，信息安全风险也成为大学生面临的一个重要现实挑战。在新的国家安全形势下提升大学生信息安全素养是引导大学生坚定社会主义核心价值观、厚植总体国家安全观的关键举措，同时也是有效降低大学生遭遇电信网络诈骗风险的有力保障。采用问卷调查和访谈等研究方法，以深圳在校大学生为调查对象，对大学生的信息安全素养状况进行调查研究，剖析大学生信息安全素养的影响因素，厘清信息安全素养与宣传教育、文化氛围、安全实践的正相关作用。提出提升大学生信息安全素养的策略。

The rapid development of digital technology has profoundly transformed the learning and lifestyle of college students,while information security risks have become a significant real-world challenge they face.Under the new national security situation,enhancing university students' information security literacy is a critical initiative for guiding them to firmly uphold socialist core values and deeply internalize a holistic national security perspective.It also serves as a vital safeguard to effectively mitigate the risks of telecommunication and internet fraud targeting students.Employing research methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews,this study investigates the information security literacy of college students in Shenzhen,analyzes the factors influencing their literacy,and clarifies the positive correlation between information security literacy and educational outreach,cultural environment,and safety practices.Strategies to improve university students' information security literacy are proposed.
